We listen and understand your objectives and style so that we mesh with your goals and operating environment. We work along side your existing personnel to transfer skills and knowledge. If you don't have existing personnel, we can perform interim executive to staff level roles and help you staff any necessary positions. We provide implementation or implementation advisory services to ensure that accepted recommendations are executed with the results you expect.

We provide services based on hourly, daily or monthly engagements depending on the scope of the work and your companies needs. Corporate and Funding

We help our customers avoid the numerous pitfalls or recover from a problematic strategy or implementation.

We help construct sales plans, quotas, sales support materials and training. We can establish a new enterprise sales team including management.

Hiring

We construct hiring strategies, job descriptions, ads, MBO Plans and performance reviews. We help companies staff sales, business development, marketing, administrative, product development at staff, management and executive levels with temporary or permanent staff.
